Certification department activities:
Certification department “VNIIFTRI-TEST” main task consists in certification of wide range of production during its realization on the territory of the Russian Federation (for domestic production) and during import to the customs territory of the Russian Federation (for imported production).
CD “VNIIFTRI-TEST” is accredited by the Federal Agency on technical regulation and metrology as a body of production certification within the System of certification “National Standards R” (registration number POCC RU.0001.11МЛ06).
Certification department services are as follows:
CD “VNIIFTRI-TEST” renders services in the field of mandatory and facultative certification, and also in the field of certification of declarations of compliance in the following fields:

• Electrotechnical equipment and materials;
• Computer engineering;
• Devices and means of automation of general industrial use;
• Optical devices and equipment;
• Technological equipment for light and food industry; home appliances;
• Radio communication, broadcasting and television means;
• Wire communication means and radio communication equipment, both terminal and intermediate;
• Medical equipment;
• Products of community, household, educational purpose, for theatrical and entertainment companies, auxiliary products for light industry.

Documents submitted to applicants:

• Application for certification;
• Certified copy of certificate of applicant (manufacturer/seller) registration;
• Certified copy of the Articles and of the license in case activity type should be licensed (for manufacturers of measuring means, medical equipment items, etc);
• Certified copy of registration certificate of Federal department on supervision in the field of public health and social development (Ministry of public health and Ministry of medical industry Russia) – for medical engineering items.
• Certified copies of sanitary-hygienic conclusions, fire certificates and certificates for quality management system (if necessary);
• A copy of specification (for domestic manufacturer);
• Copies of operation documents (operating manuals, certificates, labels, user manuals);
• Declaration of product identity (at certification of dimension-type products);
• Certified copies of contracts, invoices (for imported production).
