Quality assurance

     With the purpose to improve customers’ satisfaction with fulfilled work and in order to improve constantly the Institute activity, in 2002 the Institute management made a decision to introduce a complex system of quality management for compliance with requirements of the State Standard R ISO 9001-2001.

     Within the frame of “Agreement of mutual recognition of national standards and certificates of calibration and measurements issued by national metrological institutes” FSUE “VNIIFTRI” quality management system was recognized by Euro-Asian Cooperation of the State Metrological Institutions (COOMET).

Certificate of Recognition QSF – R04 according to ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

     The basic document containing the main principles of the Institute activity in the field of quality, liabilities to customers, and directions of the further improvement, is Policy in the field of quality.

     At present, FSUE “VNIIFTRI” has certified System of quality management for compliance with requirements of the State Standard R ISO 9001-2001.
